We are a non-rental/non-leasing community and is managed by a homeowner-elected Board of Directors and all of our homeowners are members of the Miramonte Ridge Homeowners Association. The HOA promotes the safety and well-being of all homeowners and strives to ensure that Miramonte Ridge is preserved for high quality residential use by maintaining all common property, compliance to restrictive covenants, and management of financial assets.
